Your appointment will be held in person at our clinic located in St Helier, where a blood sample and urine sample will be taken, along with personal health measurements. We measure the following personal health metrics:
Height, Weight, Pulse, Systolic Blood Pressure, Diastolic Blood Pressure, Oxygen Saturation.
Numeric Report
Following your blood test, you will receive a clear numeric report that presents your results in an easy-to-understand format. Each key health indicator will be displayed with its corresponding values.

Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the date and time of your appointment, along with a medical questionnaire.

STEP 2
Your Appointment
Your appointment will take place in-person at our clinic based in St Helier, where a Blood Sample will be taken along with Personal Health Measurements.

STEP 3
Receive Results
Once your test results are available, our team will be in touch to discuss the next steps, based on the package you have chosen. This may include a follow-up consultation and/or a comprehensive written or numerical report.

Where are you located?
Our location is on the first floor of York Chambers, St Helier, JE2 3RP. We’re just past the Premier Inn on Charing Cross, near the town hall.
How should I prepare for my blood test?
Preparation varies by test. Generally, fasting may be required for certain tests. We provide detailed instructions via email when you book your appointment.
What can I expect during the blood test?
During the test, a qualified doctor will take a small sample of blood, typically from your arm. The process is quick and generally painless.
How will I receive my test results?
This depends on the type of package you've chosen. Some packages include a Follow-up consultation, others just a numeric report. Results are usually available within 72h. You will receive a notification via email or phone as soon as they're available and you'll be contacted by a member of our team to advise on the next steps.
Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we accept various health insurance plans. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage for our services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept only credit/debit cards, bank transfer and electronic payments. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We can provide an invoice for you to submit to your health insurance for reimbursement. Please check in advance with your insurance provider for details on coverage terms and whether you're eligible.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend or family member for support during your appointment.
